A security message on the 19th of July 2019 from Save the Children Afghanistan warning of an explosion after a suicide bomber detonated a device while his vehicle was driving in the outside lane of traffic, as a result 6 civilians were killed and 19 others wounded. The city is tense with daily security incidents.
